Technical Support / Hard crash five minutes in.

I'm getting a hard crash when playing after only a few minutes of play in the first level.  I've tried five times and it happened every time.

My graphics drivers are up to date. I'm running Windows 8.  I tried the DLL graphics fix.

Nothing has worked yet.
