Technical Support / Multiplayer Rubberbanding/Monster lag

Whenever playing multiplayer (even all 4 PC on one network) my friends and I happen to have monster appearing to go one direction and suddenly teleporting back and going the other, making it nearly impossible for us. Does anyone have similar problem or could give advice on this topic? Thanks in advance.
