Bug Reports / The Gauntlet Act 1 Not working.

While, in a game with some friends we solved the gauntlet room's puzzle, but were not able to enter due to the fact that the portal did not appear. I don't know if there is a timer or something to do before.
Is it a possiblilty that, if we kept running over the tiles. some how we broke it?
