Bug Reports / Coop Bug

Hello Guys
First of all sorry for my English Skill but I`m from Germay.
If I play some coop games with my friend we hade 2 times some gamebreaking bugs.
For Example: If the Host of the Lobby die and i move to any safepoint like next level and die there, when he trys to reload on his screen shows up the message Game Over and I can`t get attakt by monster or pick up items ect.. so The game if brocken and we have to start a nex game.
Is it a buck or a game feature?
Please Help.
