Bug Reports / Steam overlay makes all the UI turn yellow

I tried reporting this in technical support a month ago (I must've overlooked the bug report forum) but haven't got any response. Maybe I'll have better luck here?

I've had to disable the steam overlay, because when it shows up, all the UI turns into flat yellow panels. Attaching screenshot.

I have this issue too. Also, because of how the game implements full-screen, if you don't have a second monitor I don't think it's even possible to force quit the game (because it hides the force quit dialog).

new update is great; I'm glad to be able to use a controller now and performance has improved quite a bit (still some lag/stuttering in places, but it's much better).
however:

- I've had to disable the steam overlay, because when it shows up, all the UI turns into flat yellow panels.
- the way you do full-screen is weird. It *completely* takes over the screen, meaning fast app switching / switching to another app is sorta broken, as well as the force-quit dialog, which is important because:
- quitting the app doesn't work; it just hangs. I have to manually kill the app every time.

Because of the latter 2, the game would basically be unplayable in full-screen without a secondary monitor – unless you never want to quit. As it stands, the only way I was able to quit when I tried it was to switch my dock to display on my second monitor so I could kill hammer watch from the dock, as it was hiding the force-quit dialog.
