Hammerwatch Discussion / An issue with Bugs. (Not the technical term)

Hi there, First time coming to this forum.
I decided to make an account because me and my friend struggle with this problem, and we really want to play this amazing game.
The problem we have is the "Hives" (Just typing it makes me shudder) on the prison level. Yknow, the ones that spawn the beetles.
The design of it, and the idea that insects spawn from it create a horrible experience while trying to play the game, and cause us to stop after a lot of stress.
(The mobs that spawn maggots are similarly distasteful, but not at all as stressful as the hives.)
So my question, is there a way to remove these textures/objects from the game and/or change the the texture to something less stressful? It would help us to enjoy the game a lot more.
