I downloaded someones map files and tested them.  After i made sure they worked I just used them as a template.  Worked like a charm.  Hope it helps you.

I too am having this issue.  I read a post about creating a new folder with new level.xml and info.xml folders to route the map so the editor can run it as a campaign but I cant figure it out.  It cant be this hard.  What are we missing.  Let me know if you figure it out, please.  Good luck!
