How about not let any more chests spawn until X number of enemies die. Also don't let chests spawn on top of each other. I would also like to point out that you can buy more lives from the potion shop so that should be changed. The powerups also spawn WAY too frequently, I got so much armor every enemy did 1 dmg so I just fire balled my way through to the middle and spammed meteor shower and got tons of money from the drops.

You could change the speed of the melee enemies to be faster than the player can possible be (exc. combo) that might fix the kiting problem.

I don't know how to add new files to the editor. I can't find where the editor is pulling all these things from.

This map is really good but I have a couple issues:
That first boss requires crazy fast reflexes to melee hit and dodge so tone down the attack speed a bit.
Having enemies in pots and breakables is a good idea at first thought but they just get stuck making easy targets.
The arena is...well it's totally busted. It stops at the third round of bats and doesn't do anything. You can't leave once you enter the path too. Really good map though, keep it up man. :D

I don't know HOW to add any thing to the editor. Like a new doodad or a new enemy. I'm very new to modding and trying to learn, it's really overwhelming.

All the level packer should need is a folder containing a correct info.xml and a level.xml. Also every level referenced in the level.xml must exist.
I don't have these files and I don't know why.
