Does anyone have tips for beating the lich in the newer survival level? My friends and I have tried many three and four player games and don't have much trouble leading up to the boss, but we've found it impossible to defeat him without crutches. He has a base of 20000hp (which seems to be multiplied depending on the number of players in the game), and one hit kill attacks.

It would be interesting to know what tactics are out there, and how one can deal enough damage to complete the level with achievements.

[Edit] Much easier! Make sure you avoid the area left of the shop teleporter as it will spawn the boss early.

I just beat the first boss and acceded to act 2! But it is possible to go back to previous floor? i know i messd some secret room, i'm sure of it! If there isn't any way to go back.... thenn next time i'll do the boss at the very end, it would be cool to have a hint stone that tell us that we can't go back if we go into the boss room!

i love the modifiers however i feel they are lacking one for the gold where you all have to share 1 gold pool instead of your own gold, any plans or mods out there for a shared gold pool modifier?

Just reached floor 8 and I've been making an attempt to collect the planks for each floor, but I have a feeling I may have missed one on the first three floors(since I didn't know there was a point of no return with the boss).

The # of planks aren't really displayed anywhere though from what I can see.

Hammerwatch Discussion / How do I move my character?

I'm utterly confused. I'm using a 360 controller and there doesn't seem to be an option to rebind movement on the controller, but the character doesn't move, he just rotates.

The only way I can move is using the strafe skill. Am I missing something obvious somewhere?

Getting a headache, tried messing with the options vsync on/off doesn't change the stuttering whenever i walk.

Hammerwatch Discussion / Mini Map not working

The mini map for me seems to not work. When I hit TAB and bring it up, the screen is just white with my gold displayed and the floor I'm on. Is anyone else having this problem, and does anyone know if there is a way to fix it, or maybe I'm not using it right? :/ Thanks for the help.

My roommates and I have this game. However, we don't always play in the same game, so multiple port forwards are needed.. Can we change the port used (other then 9555)?
