Floor 11: Riddle bug?

This weekend I have been playing this awesome game with my brother, all was good until we reach floor 11, we want to enter the last bonus phase but we can't activate the portal, we ligthed and unligthed all the ligths in the puzzle and the portal is still close.

The puzzle is this, we ligthed all the tiles, like it's shown in the image, but the bonus phase is still close. We exited the floor and did it again, but nothing happened, then I closed the game and tried to make it in singleplayer, nothing happened again.

And you did both stand in the portal?

EDIT: or does the portal not even appear!?

As you can see our portal is not active. I tried a lot of tile patterns, but it's still close.

I have no idea really, it is a bug or it is some button that it wants you to press before you can enter, I don't remember :/

A similar thing happened to me and my brother on the floor 2 version of this

It's a known bug. Issue is, we don't really have a good solution for this afaik.
