Trying to add this to a map

Im trying to add these clouds/fog from the survival map to a costume map, thought it would be a parallax layer but cant find it anywhere. Anyone know how to add?

the asset is in the survival level pak, I think hipshot posted the assets from the survival level somewhere but I cant remember where any more.

Ok, put these inside your mod/effects folder

Then use a parallax layer and point it at this file!
