Where can I find the Hammerwatch Editor?

You already have the editor

If you're using steam just click play and it will pop up with the option to either play the editor or the game
If you aren't using steam then you'll have to find the folder the games in, then you click editor and scroll down till you see HammerEditor

I recommend looking through this guide to help setup your editor as well and get the stuff you need.
